Why would you feel like a failure? You've lost 10 lbs in one month. That's super.

I'm sure you had to go to some nutrition classes right? Look at your notes or manual and follow it? Or, schedule an appt with the dietician. You can eat whatever you want but I'd suggest you eat healthy. 4 oz Protein first and then veggies 2nd.

Your Dr is right. You're Helen Keller right now and you need to experiment with healthy food choices that help you stay satisfied.

My last apt with my dr prior to surgery was oct 10th. Between that date and nov 20th i pigged out and gained between 10-15 lbs. He yelled at me for that. So it shows a zero lb loss even though i lost everything that i gained... plus i havnt been working out. My dr doesnt know im a hard core gym goer so my next apt should be a proud one

I stsarted out by having oatmeal in the am and I made my own chicken veggie Soup but very little broth. I often drained the broth drank it firs then ate the goodies I found it filling. I was always hungry until I reach 6.5cc in my 10 cc band now I have no problems and love my band. My mistake was not asking how long to wait in between fills so I suffered and was almost in tears begging for a fill. I found out I could get one every 10-14 days until I reached the zone...don't wait a month or more if u feel you need one. this is what makes the band work for us.
