I cant begin to tell you Alex how much this site has helped me through this year...

I have found so much advice and support... but more so I have found some friends and made

some friend ships that will last a life time...

This has been a wonderful site in which we can take some advice, heed others, weigh the options, and overall respect each other's ideas. This has been helpful for me and has helped me not feel too alone in this great lapband journey! I appreciate all of those on this forum and thank you Alex.
