No weight loss the week of my period.

Right now I am a tad bit irritated. I got banded on Nov.2 and since then I have been losing 2-3 lbs a week and this past week I lost nothing. Maybe TMI but this past week I was in my period. Does this have anything to do with it. I work out 4 times a week for an hr each day. I just need some feedback. I'm kinda worried about not losing weight. Advice please.

Yes, in fact some even have a temporary gain when on their period.

Keep in mind that hormones aside, plateaus are normal. You can go weeks without a loss, it's a normal part of the weight loss process. As long as you know you're eating the right things and burning more calories than you consume, any plateau you hit won't be permanent. You just have to be patient and see it through.

On any deit you will find that ladies don't loss on that week due to swelling some even gain just track it and you will see a pattern and know in the future.
