Congrats! You might have a stall though starting solids. My scale didnt budge last week and I just started solids. This week, I lost two pounds.

Keep up the great work!

Don't be worried, track your food and then you actually know what you are eating :) At least that is my lifeline for now and I'm very fortunate and it's been a consistent loss since July.

Keep to your plan and Portion Control. This is a great time to start tracking your foods if you haven't started already. Best wishes for continued success!

Join me and several others (from LBT, just search the forums on LBT for myfitnesspal) on myfitnesspal and you can see the tracker every day :) I'm 2012ALM if you join and want to be friends. It's totally free and I have only had to enter 1 food that I could not find. Super easy and has an app too, I just use my laptop.

I keep track of all my food and drinks in an app on my phone called My Fitness Pal. I aim for about 1000 calories and 65 grams of Protein per day. I can search for food, scan the bar code, or build my own recipes. Lots for people from here us it.

Good for you. I had mine the same day as you but I have only lost 13. Hopefully more soon.

Just been waiting until time for my consult with my bariatric surgeon. It's scheduled for Jan 9th. Turns out I won't actually be seeing him. Apparently it'll be with his P.A.             Not sure what to expect. I thought this is where the surgeon would discuss the best surgery option for me. For years I had my heart set on the sleeve, but I've read so many people have issues with reflux - even if they've never had it before - that they've had to be revised to the bypass. I already deal with GERD & take 40 mg of Omeprazole daily, so I started studying about bypass and honestly, it seems like it might be the better choice for me. How can we discuss surgery options if the surgeon is not there?
What happened at your first consult? Trying to get an idea of what to expect, or maybe I should say, what NOT to expect.

I would like to know what questions you wish you had asked prior to your duodenal switch surgery?
