2012 359 Posted December 23, 2012 Don't be worried, track your food and then you actually know what you are eating At least that is my lifeline for now and I'm very fortunate and it's been a consistent loss since July.

2012 359 Posted December 23, 2012 Join me and several others (from LBT, just search the forums on LBT for myfitnesspal) on myfitnesspal and you can see the tracker every day I'm 2012ALM if you join and want to be friends. It's totally free and I have only had to enter 1 food that I could not find. Super easy and has an app too, I just use my laptop.
megamomnj 334 Posted December 23, 2012 I keep track of all my food and drinks in an app on my phone called My Fitness Pal. I aim for about 1000 calories and 65 grams of Protein per day. I can search for food, scan the bar code, or build my own recipes. Lots for people from here us it.
