jayceeg 2 Posted December 23, 2012 Does it matter which way you sleep? I'm usually a stomach sleeper, but since I got banded I've been sleeping on my back. Haven't really had a good nights rest and I think a lot of it has to do with how I'm sleeping. Want to try new positions, but scared of messing something up.
