Maybeme 6 Posted December 23, 2012 I got banded on the 12th. I'm meeting my liquid and Protein intake for the day and still feel hungry....is this normal??? honk 780 Posted December 23, 2012 My recommendation would be to spread out your calorie consumption. For example have your Breakfast broth/soup wait as long as possible say in hour then have the Protein Shake. You'll be eating the same amount of calories as as you would of if you ate them back to back but this might help with the head hunger. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
