I can't post images on my Signature, I'm desperate!

Recommended Posts

I have images I'd like to play around with on my Signature.

How do I retrieve my images stored in "My Pictures" in the computer, so I can upload them to my signature? I tried copy and paste, doesn't work. They don't have a url.

I've asked this question before but no one bites. HELP!

Polly,

Try opening the picture, right click and select copy image and paste it on your signature. That's what I do.

If you get an error copy that error and PM it to Alex for help.

Good luck!

I tried the copy and paste method, would get "copy", then when I go to signature, I right click and don't get paste.

I love your images, but I wanna do it too!!!!

Polly, when you go into your signature are you scrolling down far enough to go into the "edit" signature portion? The top half of the page you see your signature and it looks like you should be able to type there but you have to scroll down further and it shows your signature section again where you can actually edit. I think maybe you are trying to add under the wrong section and not the edit section. Just a thought. good luck.

Nope, I'm in the edit section alright. I'm just doing something wrong. Just wish someone knew what it is that I'm doing wrong.

I love to see you and a few others' images in your signatures, makes me smile.

Thanks for trying to help me New Me.

Well, I don't think you can add a picture to your signature but you can add images. So I find ones online and sometimes you have to open the image then right click to paste and post it under "edit" signature. So if you are trying to add an actual image (photo) I don't think it will work but it does for the graphic images.

If I google and find an image I like, sometimes it works if I just right click, copy then paste under edit signature. Other times nothing happens so I have to click on the image I want to paste to open it, then right click, copy, then paste. If that doesn't work, pm Alex and they should get back to you. Once you get it working it can be addictive. :)

I THINK I figured it out. I went to so-and-so images on Google, copied directly from there and was able to paste it on my sig. Now if only I could find some cute pics!

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
