Today I met my latest goal! Woohoo! Just 40 more lbs to go to be at goal weight! Even though my loss has slowed down the past few months, I have been continuing to drop steadily each month. Feel better than ever!! On to the next goal mark.....

Good for you. Who cares how long it takes, although I know, it's never quick enough :) We all lose weight at different intervals & it's GREAT that you only have 40 pds to go.
