Cottege Cheese...IDEAS!

Recommended Posts

It sounds disgusting but I did the cottage cheese heated with some spagetti sauce on top, tastes sort of like lasagna. I also like to sprinkle with sugar free strawberry Jello powder, a little sugar free cool whip, and stir it up...it makes a sweet, pink, fluffy, strawberry cottage cheese dessert.

Kabeerah, I like my cottage cheese straight up but have also had a yummy mixture of spinach, garlic salt, and cottage cheese blended. Tastes kind of like avocado. Will be watching for more recipes myself. Stelis2

OOhh that sounds yummy! Would you mind sharing that recipe??

My favorite receipe is a smoothie:

1/2 cup of different berries. I use 2 different kinds(good antioxidents)

4 oz fat free cottage cheese(in the breakstones individuals, or the big container)

2 tbls Peanut Butter

Splenda

ice

Away you go. It contains the Protein, fruit and for those who dont love PB or cottage cheese, you dont taste it, it just gives it a thicker consistency.

YUMMMMMMMMMY
