I slept ok last night but I have shoulder pain felt a little crampy, I am sure it's gas, the nurse said before I left the hospital to keep moving but how much? I found that walking and laying flat on my back and deep breathing helped with the shoulder pain. I tried painkillers but they didn't work for me. A heat pad helped also as did a warm shower. And yes walking a lot helped, the more you can walk around the better. From memory mine settled within a week. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
cubanakeeper 2 Posted December 16, 2012 I am 9 days old. Use ur heating pad. That really helped me. The gas will come not. I took Mylanta.
