:clap2: Congratulations to all the newbies. I was banded on 3-29-06 and have lost my first 5 lbs. since. I go for a consultation and to have some stitches removed 4-10, and hope to get some info about caloric intake and quantity. Oh, I'm from Baytown, TX and anyone who wishes to chat, feel free. Lisa

I was banded yesterday, so I am still in the sore stage. Glad to hear from others about how they felt after the first few days
