I am on Day 4 and I couldn't be happier!! Don't second guess a thing! Keep telling yourself that Today if the First day of the rest of your Life!! It is! I kept saying that to myself because it WAS!! I felt it, believed it, and trusted it. So will you!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!! You CAN do this!!
