kerrbear72 55 Posted December 17, 2012 Mumma just who r u talking to
mummajuju 77 Posted December 17, 2012 No wasn't you at all. I just think people don't realise how it comes across. I know emotion is hard to put in text but some people do sound quite curt. Knowing what journey we've all been on and the plateau's that we hit can put you in a really vulnerable place. We all need support and kind words from time to time. I still need to sort out these email notifications every time someone replies lol especially on threads like this one haha. 1 JerseyShoreDisneyDiva reacted to this

mummajuju 77 Posted December 17, 2012 I was banded beginning if September and have lost 34lbs. Most if my loss was pre op and liquid stage since then been slow. So much conflicting advice re calorie intake and starvation mode etc so I am trying now 1000 calories a day and see how I go.

kerrbear72 55 Posted December 22, 2012 I'm new to this also but i'll give it a try did u get enough Water daily I know if u get 90oz one day and then maybe a glass ul retain water could it be that. I'd have to say u might be retaining water. Give it s couple of days and weigh again. Have u been measuring if so how did that come out this week
mummajuju 77 Posted December 22, 2012 No I must say I didn't measure so will be doing that later its just you wanna see those scales go down. I try to drink about a litre of Water a day. Somedays that is hard but I do try.
Debbie3sons 1,936 Posted December 22, 2012 I was at aplateau for a month but I am back n track and I don't count calories, journal or weigh everyday but after my second fill I seem to be losing and I am eating smaller amounts cause it seemed like I was eating the same before I had surgery even though I wasn't now I only eat half of what I used to and when I start to feel full I save the rest for later on or the next day it seems to be working for me , but every (body) is different so don't get discouraged and ask your (Surgeon) and find out what is right for you keep smiling on your journey and don't stress that's what got me to 276 lbs lol. 1 mummajuju reacted to this
karewpah 173 Posted December 22, 2012 Mumm...definitely try upping your Water. I drink about 3 litres a day of water and other no calorie no caffeine beverages. When I do that, the scale moves...if not, it doesn't.
mummajuju 77 Posted December 22, 2012 Ok I'm on the 3lt of Water a day hype and we'll see. Thanks guys. Easy to get despondent when you know your food intake had liked quartered!
