I made a yummy dish tonight

I used shrimp

cherry tomatoes cut in half

onions

Cook in fry pan with a little olive oil then before done add 2 TBSP of Feta cheese mmm it was good (you could add more or less feta)

I added brocolli and cawliflower on the side

Delish!!

Made Santa Fe chicken from Skinnytaste.com it was delicious and so easy! Only 190 calories per serving.

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.
