happy&blessed 1 Posted December 12, 2012 My wife and I are doing this together and these two ideas ha e been great moving into the puréed foods. We buy the low fat chili from Wendy's then add some Tomato basil Soup and purée and save. The meal goes a couple of days. I also started making cream of wheat with vanilla Protein Shakes rather than milk. honk 780 Posted December 12, 2012 Mrs. Dash non salt seasoning great added to smooth Soups before heating for more flavor. Low fat laughing cow for canned chicken or tuna; also good added to egg whites ( right at the end but the heat melts it a little bit).
