ivyh 96 Posted December 10, 2012 What is everyone's pre op diets? I have been on mine for a week and its been ok I did cheat this weekend but other then that not to bad. I can have grits in the morning, yogurt at 9:30, 11 applesauce, much Protein Shake, 3 pudding, 5 yogurt, and dinner is another shake.< /p> Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

sowens 10 Posted December 10, 2012 I am on a high Protein, low carb, low fat diet. No starchy foods; no sodas; no dairy (with the exception of low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat cheese). Non-starchy veges (3 or less servings per meal) and on serving of low-carb fruit per day. On this for at least 2 weeks. One week down and not bad. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

sowens 10 Posted December 10, 2012 Floridays, I have seen a lot of people on the same pre-op diet as you were on. It sure makes me feel very fortunate to be on the pre-op diet I was given.
