I am starting a new job tomorrow. My insurance wont kick in until Feb. 1. I know the lapband is covered. When should i go to a seminar for lapband? Do i start looking now for a bariatric Dr.? Where do i start?

I just started researching to find a doc.. I went and talked to a primary care physician and I started reading books and reading from here. I say learn as much as you can about it to make sure it's the right decision for you.. But I'm just a few steps ahead of u.. I'm still not banded. Good luck to u!
