Trikki87 20 Posted December 7, 2012 My doctor added saline during the procedure (not that I'm complaining) I didn't think they did that. Anybody have saline added during the surgery? 1 Angelizz10 reacted to this
CaGottaBand 498 Posted December 7, 2012 I haven't been banded yet, but I've read on this forum that many doctors do give fills on surgery day.

CarrieBrownsville 55 Posted December 8, 2012 Many surgeons will put just enough saline in the band during surgery to ensure the band is lubricated. Most fills don't occur until 4-6 weeks after surgery. I have a 10 cc. band and now have 6 cc's in it, but you just can't go by other people. Every body is different and will require different amounts. Do plenty of research, and I guarantee some of your questions will be answered without even posting here. 1 Angelizz10 reacted to this
