Yesterday I had my session, class and psych apt. Over all I am still very excited to start my new life with a band. I meet with my dr. on the 20th so hopefully *fingers crossed* I can get a surgery date and have some news on how my insurance battle is going.

My Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield here in Cali took close to 10 days to confirm that my procedure was approved.

Thank you so much for that info....it does give me hope. And right now I am on a high from yesterday's class. I know its going to be hard but SO worth it

Just met with my doctor today. He and I are on the same page as far as getting banded. Now I just have to wait and see how my appeal goes
