duncanrum 9 Posted December 5, 2012 I have been listening to a series of hypnosis tapes by Tom Nicoli and they have been really helpful. They have one on emotional eating, one on stopping late night snacking ( not my issues) and one to induce your desire to exercise. They are about 20 minutes and I listen to them before I go to bed.
