Has Anyone Else Used Hypnosis Tapes

I have been listening to a series of hypnosis tapes by Tom Nicoli and they have been really helpful. They have one on emotional eating, one on stopping late night snacking ( not my issues) and one to induce your desire to exercise. They are about 20 minutes and I listen to them before I go to bed. I think they have helped my mood and motivation. Anyone else tried something similiar?

I went to a hypnotist several years ago and she gave me a tape to listen to while sleeping. It did help some, but not enough at the time. I may dig it out and try it again.
