Tomander 614 Posted December 5, 2012 Congratulations... just hours away from being in "Bandland"... this is a great site for information. Take it one day at a time and ask lots of questions. I recommend you take a before picture, your measurements and keep a food journal. Please feel free to e-mail me if you have any questions. Tom, Toronto Banded July 6 06 Wt. duncanrum 9 Posted December 5, 2012 Good luck! I am sure you will do great. I am a week and half out and i feel great. In addition to chapstick dont forget Gas X strips and a heating pad. I also had liquid tylenol on hand. One thing that really helped me was chicken broth. I went to Panera bread and got it and then just strained thru the broth. It was tastier and had some flavor. mcnishry 5 Posted December 8, 2012 Thank you everyone for your kind words! Meg's good luck with everything. I am still very sore but getting around ok. Totally not hungry at all which is good. I was worried I might be. Laying down is the worst! But the pain is less day after day so I am happy for that.
