Hello Everyone,

I have just completed my clear liquid phase and had my 1st Protein Drink this morning - YEA!!!

The shake was wonderful.

Hey, Congrats!! Wednesday was my week, i tried to have a Protein Shake this morning but i did not like the taste so i am going to buy new flavor.

But keep it going and congrats again!!!! :clap2:
