Fage 2% Greek

Recommended Posts

Fage Total 2% greek yogurt is my new BFF. Never really like greek yogurt before, but this is awesom. It has yogurt on one side and a little fruit compote in a little comp on the other. It is pefect!

140 calories and 12 grams of protein!

If you haven't tried this you should!

totally with you - love Fage greek yogurt, it has made me a greek yogurt snob. I usually eat the 0% one because they sell it in a big pack at Costco!

Not sure about the honey I despise honey so I never eat it. I will say I only consume about 1/2 of the fruit stuff just because I am weary of sugar! Hope that helps!

I love it too!! I have become a snob as well. I have tried the honey and like it. I focus on my Protein intake and don't worry about much else at this point.

Oh I didn't know you could get it at Costco! You are right about being a snob, after I tried it I will only eat that kind...we must be snobs about something..I think I'll have a triple Fage grande with extra foam for bfast...ha ( Starbucks snob reference ).

The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.
