Kime-lou 648 Posted December 3, 2012 I started ab exercises to early (2 weeks), after the pain of that I ask the doctor and was told to wait until 6-8 weeks. Once I started back at 8 weeks it did feel odd for a little bit. It was like I could feel it in my port area. But as soon as I tighted those muscles in that area a little bit I don't feel it anymore. Actually once I tighted that area I don't feel any pain in the port area anymore.
skuzzie 23 Posted December 9, 2012 I got told not to do the traditional lift head sit up as it can irritate were the port is. But there are other un tradutional ways to work out your abs
