Transitioning To Mushies This Week.

Hey all I am so exited to transition to the next phase how ever my menu is limited with ideas please share your favorites. Thanks you

My dr said with the exception of pizza and steak or any thing with a tough texture like nuts." anything is a mushies if you put it in the food processor or chew it 30 times... That said I stuck with the basics..mushed veggies...carrots, peas, and beans.... Mashed potatoes, tuna blended with fat free dressing, hummus, applesauce, fat free pudding, cottage cheese and yogurt.

I have been using a lot of rotisserie chicken in my food processor. Add FF gravy, SF buffalo sauce, broc and cheese from the freezer section, spaghetti sauce, light mayo, really anything to keep it moist.

Boca burgers in the microwave are also really mushy. Also try ricotta with sauce. I am on the third week of mushies and it does get a little easier. Just think outside the box!
