Hang in there, it will be here before you know it! Use this time to learn as much as possible about the lap band and start trying out different Protein Drinks and powders so you will know what you like when the time comes.

I definitely agree with Chez, now is the time to figure out what Protein drinks you like and practice living the "banded life" and ease into it. The four months will go by quickly and having some weight loss before the surgery will help get you motivated.

Thank you both....had my ugi today small hiatal hernia....some things have me wondering about tje gastric sleeve now......decisions decisions
