K@t 38 Posted April 13, 2006 Well, the diet I was given only says Soups, yogurts, and fresh fruit juices. Is that really what I'm supposed to eat for a week?? I was thinking about making some kind of Protein Shake or carnation Breakfast shake or something for in the morning, Soup with a yogurt for lunch and dinner, maybe pudding and Jello for Snacks in between? wiggygiggy 0 Posted April 13, 2006 Molly, did your surgeon think you could lose that much with the lapband? Mine didn't think it was possible. I'm rather disappointed by her attitude and determined to prove her wrong. Just curious if your surgeon said anything like that to you, or was your very positive? waterlily1072 5 Posted April 13, 2006 Hi Wiggy, My doc and nutritionist consider a clinical success for me at 210, but they also said I could lose all of it with some effort. There is never a limit on how much you can lose. That number is entirely up to you. Don't let anyone tell you that you can't reach your goals.
