skinnytaste.com, found some on there. Also our very own Jean McMillan which you can find at the bottom of each page she has a cookbook and a lap band book called bandwagon, very good read and the cookbook is very good too. I have both. Also, lapband.com has recipes on their site. Good luck.

I keep the zucchini tots in my freezer all the time (double that recipe) and she just posted a recipe for chicken piccata.........looks easy, yummy and low cal, high Protein.
