hopeful2 be slim 121 Posted November 29, 2012 hello all, At last I have found a solution !! I have arthritis and am not very active...so even 1200 cals was too much for me!! I have good restriction so now I have decided to have more liquids, Soups, buttermilk, and veggies and pulses.since I am a vegetarian. eating less is better for me.I have got to do it now!!!
