Lost 5.6 Lbs During Thanksgiving

Well this was my first thanksgiving since being banded , and I went to the doc today to get my second fill and I lost 5.6lbs and I though I gained weight from thanksgiving ( that weight loss was in a two 1/2 week time but still very happy

Wow! You should be thrilled, the "normal" person they say gains 10 lbs over the holiday. But, that is someone without a lapband! Congrats to you success!Karen :wub:

Thanks kll724 makes me want to go to the gym tonight and work even harder lol , and that 10lbs probably would have been me before the band
