Telly 4 Posted May 21, 2006 God must love me b/c after all I have put my body through today, I'm still alive and well. -3lbs off just today alone on my crazier than ever bike ride. 35 miles in the Florida sun in Kissimmee. Protein Shakes, Water ..gonna have a nice meal tonight.. now for work. I've slacked off of work all week, doing a little here and there... uggh. Thing is.. I sacrificed my health for a sedentary life at the desk for 4 years and the weight just came full force.. now I don't wanna sit still. Go figure! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Jane Garside 0 Posted May 22, 2006 Hey Sarge, Better this week weight is 167. Chest is down 1/2", waist 1", belly 1" and hips down 1"....yeah! Having more trouble controlling evening eating...probably need a fill. SuperDaddy! 1 Posted May 22, 2006 Well...SuperDaddy just held steady this week at 283. I should be happy with that considering the crazy week of real estate I had...but it seems like a waste to not lose weight when summer is COMING! Missed the gym and missed eating healthier at home.
