How long is to you can workout or play intense sports after surgery?

6-8 weeks. You are stitched inside and as my dr said.........you don't want to pop a stitch..........ouch, that was enough to keep me walking for 6 weeks even though I felt GREAT.

I would think about 2 months depending on your recovery....that's a questions for your dr.
