My first thought is are you eating too fast? If I don't wait a minute between each bit I get a full/sick feeling. Don't get sick, just miserable for a few hours.

How much food are you eating at your meals? You may be eating too much or too little.

Also My Dr said the band is designed to hold you for 4 hrs between food... so maybe brunch at 11 and dinner at 6 is too long to go and your tummy is so empty the food makes it unsettled.

Just an idea.....

Hi tonyann, I have a feeling that you are waiting too long before eating your 1st meal of the day, and so your are eating too much. Have something too break your fast after waking. It doesn't have to be much. If you don't have an appetite, try some greek yogurt, as it has more Protein than the regular kind. Or, maybe you can have some skinny cow cheese bites. Anything that breaks your fast, so that by brunch you are not starving and either eating too much, or eating too fast. Nausea is not a normal reaction to lapband. Best wihses. Karen
