I'm doing the sugar busters diet and I'm on my second day. I get very very sleepy has anyone else had this problem? I'm assuming it is because I'm busting the sugar out of my diet. It doesn't affect me to the point that I want To quit.

Sugar withdrawal is intense! If you are feeling low in energy, then you definitely were taking too much sugar before and the lack of sugar is having an affect on you. I had the same reaction. My sister is much healthier than me and when she cut out sugar, she didn't feel much different.

just curious...Is this the pre op recommended by your dr? Because it sounds like you need some Protein

I slept a lot during the first few days of my pre op diet. Just your body getting what it needs!

Yeah Dr. Does Recommended it for a minimum of two weeks. He told me to go on ahead and get on it because my surgery has not been scheduled and it could be anytime after 17 December.
