Maddysgram 6,159 Posted November 27, 2012 I never had severe gas pains, just felt bloated. I got up and walked every 2 hrs. Also chewed on GasX if I felt too bloated. Hot Decaf tea helped too. Never got the shoulder pain ppl talk about, until I went on regular diet 4wks out and its a nerve pain that lets me know when I've eaten enough. I really hope it Doesn't go away. I like the reminder.lol 1 Rongen62 reacted to this

Rongen62 30 Posted November 27, 2012 Thanks, I have noticed if I drink too much too fast, I feel a little gas. I will take it slower. Nothing bad so far. I had read all the advice on here and started the walking right away so, maybe that is helping!
