KNall 8 Posted November 27, 2012 Hi all, I was banded on Nov 8th. I'm wondering if what Im experiencing is "normal". My steri strips are still on. My surgery center nurses told me to let them fall off on their own. But I'm having sharp shooting pain where my incisions are and pain where the port is still. Everything else is fine. Thanks! Wgbem 138 Posted November 27, 2012 You will have some pain as the port settles in. I had that same thing and that was what I was told. You are still very early in your surgical process.
