I'm back had a great thanksgiving week I actually lost 2lbs ... Yeyy!

This is my family we had a blast at the ranch!

Anyway I have a question

I was reading my docs papers where it tells you what to eat it says

No Beans

No potatoes

No rice

The question is ... Is this for ever? Does anybody know?

No white rice ever, I eat potatoes, but very small bits rarely, and usually sweet potatoes, more Fiber, Beans will come back in later. What stage are you in? Check in with your Doctor or a Nutritionist that specializes in weight loss surgery.

Cute picture!

I don't understand the bean part. I eat all kinds of Beans ever since mushy stage. Fat free refried beans excellent source of Protein & fiber.

Talk with your Dr and find out his reasoning and continue his instructions.

Let us know what he says.

Potatoes and rice high in carbs. Also usually prepared with high cal fat ingredients. Not sure why Beans are a no. Wendy's chili is my go to for fast food.< /p>
