Kami172000 16 Posted November 27, 2012 Over thanksgiving? Some how I gained 2.5 and I didn't even eat hardly anything! I think my body might be in starvation mode. FLORIDAYS 3,040 Posted November 27, 2012 Are you tracking your food and calories? Are you measuring portions? I ask because I didn't have a gain during my journey and I did those things. Maybe it will work for you. If you didn't cheat with food might you have induldged in alcohol? Because that will make the scale soar.
