How Many Lbs Did You Gain

Over thanksgiving? Some how I gained 2.5 and I didn't even eat hardly anything! I think my body might be in starvation mode. Of seems to grab on to my food some days and not let go. Anyone experience this?

starting weight 287.6 current weight 245.2

I been band about 3weeks and last week I didn't loss or gain I think it's good and bad for not losing

Are you tracking your food and calories? Are you measuring portions? I ask because I didn't have a gain during my journey and I did those things. Maybe it will work for you.

If you didn't cheat with food might you have induldged in alcohol? Because that will make the scale soar. Retention of Water when drinking alcohol is usually an issue.

I agree with Floridays. Tracking your food is very handy. I lost weight over Thanksgiving and enjoyed all my favorites even had pie.

I lost over Thanksgiving but gained today... could be delayed reaction or Water. Sigh....

I was happy too till this morning. LOL. I go in for a fill tomorrow, so I will recover. I know what to do! Face the failures and go on to victories!

I did not track my calories for thanksgiving but I did eat a small amount but I am actually back on schedule today must have been Water weight or something

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
