I never had heartburn, but endo showed years ago damage to esophagus from acid. Since then I take 1 Prilosec daily. Really glad you're not suffering anymore! I never had bad reflux, coffee would give me heartburn, tea sometimes, ground beef. I still eat/drink all of those but haven't had an ounce of heartburn since.
