Got Measured@victorias Secret For New Bras, The Extra Skin Is A Problem!

Recommended Posts

I went from wearing 44DD to 38DDs but the skin on the sides, under the arms and back make me feel I should wear a larger size. The ladies there said that wouldn't help:(

Unfortunately they are right. By the time you cover the loose skin the cups are too huge and pucker!

I don't shop in VS, though I could now. I go to a bra boutique place in my town and have hem fit me each time. Some bras have nice wide bands along the back and sides to help with the bulges. I wear a 36DD and don't like that from the back, you can see my bra line...but the small back is needed to hoist my girls up and in place.

I've been having the same issue. I went from a 44F to a 36DD and have A LOT of sag/loose skin. The VS Demi bra does work pretty well for me if I adjust the straps. Never thought I'd be able to shop there... They have so much cute stuff! But for more practical, full coverage bras I recommend Soma Intimates. They do way better fittings than VS and seem to have more training. I went in there, told them I'd lost over 100lbs and what my issues were. Left with a good every day bra.

Wow, you guys are dealing with extra skin and bra's, hm. I've been having to do that for years and now I have to realize that some day there's gonna be more skin?

I have the world's most non-compliant tata's, I mean, I tried on every Playtex Bra as well as every other bra in the place. Found a cheap bra that isn't supportive, but at least it doesn't hurt. My girls are hard to wrangle.

I'm too big for VS, but I have a great but expensive (to me) Plus Size Clothes Store that has a lot of bra's. I can actually go in and be fitted? Or help you? Man, I'd be so embarrassed.

Go for a fitting someplace nice, like Nordtrom's They are very nice and trust me they have seen it before. You don't have to buy from them, but it may give you ideas on where to start size wise. VS gets mentioned a lot because they will take them back when you change sizes again.

We don't have a Nordstrom's. We have a Macy's/Bon-Ton/JCP..... but they don't even have clothes in my size.
