acoleman380 23 Posted November 23, 2012 What does it mean when someone says they have no restriction? Does it mean that they eat and still get hungry between meals or does it mean that they can pretty much eat anything meaning any type of food without getting stuck. Im new so just wondering what this means.
Maddysgram 6,159 Posted November 23, 2012 All of the above! Better know as "Bandster's Hell". It can take quite a few fills to finally be in the green zone. Hope this helps.
FLORIDAYS 3,040 Posted November 23, 2012 I was allowed to keep on my wedding rings as well... They didn't even cover them that I know of unless they did it after I was knocked out ...and then uncovered them before I awoke which seems unlikely....

It can mean both, however the band isn't supposed to stop you from eating anything, so when they mean that they're expecting the band to do something it isn't meant to do anyway. It's a pretty common misconception with the band that we (unfortunately) see here a lot. 1 zinhaa reacted to this
cheryl2586 3,053 Posted November 23, 2012 Well heck yeah when you reach restriction the band will stop you from eating certain things. What about the things that get stuck and never go down. It stopped me from eating them. So to say the band will never stop you from eating things that is also a misconception. It is also a misconception that it will stop you from being hungry. Hunger may be longer in between meals but hunger is the bodies natural response to needing food. I am at restriction and I still get hungry just not as much as I used too. honk 780 Posted November 23, 2012 The only thing the band stop me from eating is raw carrots.
