Had 3oz of Prime Rib, mash potatoes & stuffing on a dessert plate. I didn't miss not having dessert and I didn't get stuck.

It was a good day!

Leading up to Thanksgiving is was, awww I'm not going to be able to eat like before, but after my dinner it was,

alright I am totally satisfied and everything was good. What a difference a band makes!lol

Follow up...

I ate a little of everything, turkey, corn bread stuffing, stuffing, cranberry sauce, sweet potato casserole, and a sliver of chocolate mousse. Also had 2 glasses of wine. I was sweating this morning but got the courage to step on the scale, and WHEW! It read the same as it has all week... 122.4!!! I'm 2.6 lbs away from goal!!!!!!!
