How can I tell if I have drank too much? I'm only 2 days out and wanna be sure I'm not overdoing the drinking.

Drink drink away, sip, don't gulp. liquids flows right thru your pouch, so you should be okay.

I suspect you are fine. You want 60-80 grams of Protein daily but the rest of the liquids just flow through, so to speak!

As long as you aren't drinking carbonation or calorie ladened drinks you cannot drink too much.
