First Fill

One moth post op 25lbs down and first fill today. I stopped losing for a couple weeks but recently started again and lost the 3 lbs I gained back plus 7. It's amazing what a difference 25lbs makes..

Congrats on your loss and good luck with your fill. Doctors vary, so ask yours what you should eat immediately after a fill. Mine is liquids for 24 hours, then soft food for 24 hours and back to regular meals. Yep... 25 pounds can make a huge difference!

Thats great, When I go in for fills its liquids 24 hrs prior and 24 hr after. The loss and gain is normal from my experience, as I have done that many times, the fill prior to my last one i even gained 6 lbs from the time before!
