shrcumm 953 Posted November 20, 2012 The Definition of Results Are: The consequence of a particular action, operation, or course; an outcome. The Definition of Consistency: Reliability or uniformity of successive results or events: Which one do you want from your weight loss, Results or Consistency?? Not Sure But if You Choose Results, Just Remember that Results are Subject to Change but Consistency Remain the Same!! Reliable Over a Period of Time!!! ♥LovetheNewMe♥ 1,216 Posted November 20, 2012 I would say consistency! Results yes we all want them and strive for them but to maintain the results you must develop consistency with your eating and your life. I tell myself daily, this is your life, your not on a diet, you can have what ever you want to eat but with poor choices there are consequences. At two years post op I am still very OCD, I weigh myself daily, I still record my food daily (MFP), I still count calories and I still weigh my food. I want consistency because I do not want to be another one of those people who had WLS and failed. I am working on the whole me and trying to hard wire healthy behaviors. Great post andtimelyy with Thanksgiving around the corner this week. 2 Maddysgram and ☠carolinagirl☠ reacted to this
Maddysgram 6,159 Posted November 20, 2012 You ladies are so wise! Yes, consistency! I've always been able to lose weight, but not consistent on keeping it off. I'm counting on my new healthy life to get & keep me there. Have a wonderful day GF's! 1 ☠carolinagirl☠ reacted to this
