jen_1381 446 Posted November 19, 2012 Honestly? It's only been 6 days, don't sweat it. It can be super frustrating when you're used to seeing the scale go down every day, then it stops. And you're working really hard....and the scale isn't repsonding. This is really hard, but just wait it out. If you're doing everything right, your body will catch up. This coming from a girl who weighs herself every day, and has been on a plateau for over 2 months.
