25 Lbs. Down!!

I just had surgery on November 6th. Very excited that as of this morning, I am officially down 25 pounds! I lost 15 pounds on my pre op diet and another 10 pounds since my surgery.

I know the goal while I a healing is not to lose weight but I was super excited!

Great job I was banded Nov 5th. I'm down 21 lbs as of Saturday. Gonna weigh this morning again.

Wonderful news....you obviously did everything right !

My goal was to lose weight. I know that post op is all about healing but there is no reason people wouldnt still lose if they are following the directions!
