Help i feel nauseous and I'm terrified to vomit....what do i do!?!?

From your profile it seems you might be a couple of days post-op. Did your surgeon give you any anti-nausea meds? You really need to avoid vomiting at this time if possible, so get on the phone and give him/her a call right now.
