thinkt2013 74 Posted November 17, 2012 I measure everything exactly and stick with my dr's rules. They said to eat about 6 meals a day at this stage, which is what i am doing. I need to tell my brain to shut up lol. 717 cals was following my drs orders of 6 meals.
LouisianaLiLi 231 Posted November 17, 2012 That is quite low. Like Missy said, it will get easier to get enough calories when you begin eating solid foods. I eat between 1000-1200 calories/day, and have consistently lost between 1-2 lbs. (sometimes more) per week. Relax and concentrate on healing. That is the most important right now. Good Luck on your new journey. 1 DELETE THIS ACCOUNT! reacted to this
